Create a Marketing Plan to Exponentially Grow Your Business!

You need to create a marketing plan that not only grows your database within your niche, but also builds the relationship between you and your database, presents your offer to potential customers, and ultimately makes the sale. It is also important to ensure that your marketing plan automates your sales efforts so you don't have to do any of the selling in person.

No one likes a sales pitch. People do not like to be pressured into buying anything, whether the product or service is in their niche or not. People like to make sound buying decisions by gathering information about the product or service. They read the benefits of your offer and enjoy the fact that you are not pressuring them, so they visit your sales page. The sales page should also be pressure free, showing people the benefits of your offer through your careful wording and testimonials from other people.

The third party voice is very important to factor into your marketing plan. This is past customers who really liked your product or service and say great things about it.

When you create a marketing plan, you need to consider four parts of your business's growth:

1. Gather Potential Customers. Building your database is the number one concern of your marketing plan. Your database is your biggest asset in any business because it is yours and you can present offers to your list over and over again as your business grows. To learn how to gather potential customers, refer back to Build a Database in Marketing Principles.

2. Build a Relationship With Your Potential Customers. Once people are in your database, it is crucial to establish a bond with them. This bond of trust you establish with your potential customers will set up your future marketing success. To learn more about how to build a relationship with your database, refer back to Building a Relationship in Networking Principles.

3. Utilize All Methods of Marketing. No matter what kind of business you are trying to build, you must utilize all methods of advertising available to you. There are low to no cost as well as paid advertising sources out there that can grow your database different ways. If you simply settle for one source of advertising, you will seriously limit your business. To learn more about the different methods of advertising, refer back to Proper Advertising Techniques in Marketing Principles.

4. Add Leverage to Your Marketing Efforts. Leverage is something to consider when you create a marketing plan. Leverage is making something work for you so you don't have to work so hard at it. When you earn money with your business, you need to reinvest that money back into your business in the form of paid advertising to build your database more to feed your business. To learn more about the importance of leverage, refer back to the Types of Leveraging in Money Making Principles.

Now that you know the four parts of your business growth, you can move on to create a marketing plan that fits your business.
