Provide a Service That People Want Within Your Niche!
Provide a service that people want within your niche that is going to help people in this area solve a problem they are having within the niche. If you provide a solution to a problem, they will pay for the solution, no doubt about it. With your business directed toward a particular niche, you have the opportunity to better serve your network with skills you have that they do not have, but need. Your business is providing leverage for someone else and paying you for your services. If you want to provide services as your "product" for business, you need to really check out your competition within your market or niche. What services are other people providing, what are they charging, and can you offer a service that offers more than their services for a price that is right for your business and your customer? When thinking of business, do not think of it as self-employment. They are two totally different entities. With self-employment, you are limited by your hours and your abilities when you provide services. With a business, you are using various forms of leverage such as outsourcing and employing others to do the work for you, or offering contracted services. This frees up your time to do the things you want to do in life while still collecting money through your business from other people's efforts. Your goal in wealth building and in any business to make passive income and to free up your time. When you first start, you may consider to provide the service yourself, but eventually, you want to add to your plan to expand to a bigger business where you do not have to do the work anymore. One of the biggest wealth building principles is making your investments do the work so you don't have to. Your business is your investment, your vehicle used for making money. Leveraging your business will come in time once you have reached a goal where your income supports hiring people to do the work for you. But first you must determine how to provide a service in order for people to start paying your business money for that service. Provide a service with your business by learning how to create a service specific to your niche that will provide a solution to a problem that customers will pay for.
